MNS Comrades Marathon Qualifiers – Thursday, 1 May 2025

A flat and fast qualifier for the big event.
Mamepe Striders’ third official event, the MNS Attorneys Carnival City Marathon, will take place on Thursday, 1 May 2025, offering a range of distances for different fitness levels, goals and of course, the all-important Comrade qualifier. The addition of the full marathon-length 42km distance will provide an opportunity for participants who are aspiring to qualify for the Comrades Marathon on Sunday, 8 June 2025.
The event will also support 5km, 10km and 21km distances, making it inclusive and accessible to individuals of all abilities, ensuring a day filled with fun, fitness and community spirit.

Dumi Mkokstad – Kingdom Mandate Revival – Saturday, 3 May 2025

This highly anticipated event follows the successful Kingdom Mandate Talent Search held in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, in February 2025, which sought out gifted vocalists to join the new group, Kingdom Worshippers. These talented artists will accompany Mkokstad, bringing their voices together to create a powerful and uplifting gospel experience.
Mkokstad, a multi-award-winning singer-songwriter, has been a beacon of inspiration in the gospel music scene.
