TV Presenter Xolani leads thousands to Union Buildings

Television presenter of the famous Sizokuthola show on Moja Love, Xolani Khumalo has organized thousands of South Africans and foreign nationals to march to the Union Buildings.

The Drug-Free South Africa march is taking place on Friday, September 15, will be supported by various organizations including SANTACO (SA National Taxi Council).

Many South Africans have grown to know and love Xolani from his leading role in the reality show where local law-enforcement officers are accompanied to bust drug dealers in various parts of the country. Sizokuthola (meaning ‘we will get you’ in IsiZulu) has been recently cancelled following an alleged murder incident involving its crew.

The presenter has started the Xolani Khumalo foundation, which focuses on taking interventions to deal with the scourge of drug abuse in South Africa.

Speaking on Newzroom Afrika, Khumalo says that the prevalence of drug abuse amongst South African youth must be regarded as a terrorist attack on the country’s future generation that is meant to learn to lead today.
