Barlow Park Lifestyle Estate is celebrating a significant milestone as it turns two, marking its growth into one of Sandton’s notable mixed-use residential developments offering accessible, quality living in a prime location.

Speaking at the anniversary celebration, Commercial and Retail Portfolio Manager at Ithemba Property, Kevin Kabi, reflected on the journey and vision behind the development. “This is a very important milestone for us. It gives us an opportunity to reflect on how far we have come as a company and the kind of product we are presenting to the market,” said Kabi. “For the past two years, Barlow Park has been offering over 1,500 units, and it continues to mean a lot not just to our tenants, but to the market at large.”
