Hillbrow residents hand over confiscated drugs to MEC Malobane

Gauteng community safety MEC Sizakele Nkosi-Malobane was in Hillbrow earlier today for a handover. This comes after community members conducted raids over the weekend, resulting in the discovery of the alleged bag of drugs which is yet to be tested by the narcotics unit. The community insisted they would only handover the bags to the MEC citing police involvement with the drug dealers around the area. She commended the Hillbrow Berea Community for conducting a peaceful protest as well as confiscating the alleged drugs without any loss of lives.
